Delivery of Magazines

Subscriber copies of all new editions are sent out directly by the printers.

For other purchases, I aim to post within a week of order (although often do so within 2 days) and I send them by 2nd class post in Britain and air-mail to all other countries.

Most 2nd class post arrives within a week, however, Royal Mail say to allow 15 working days before an item is reported missing. For Europe, they say to allow 20 working days, and 25 working days for addresses outside Europe.

If you think your magazine is late arriving, please get in touch. If we have made an error we will do our best to sort it out immediately. However if your copy has already been correctly shipped we must ask you to please wait for the Royal Mail time limit given above. If at that time it has still not arrived we will happily send you a replacement.

Privacy

Personal information is not collected on this website, nor do we use cookies to analyse web traffic.

Where personal data is supplied by you to Dorothy Lumb Publishing it will only be used in connection with the purpose for which it was supplied. We do not supply mailing lists to third parties.
