Is there something you would like to see in YarnMaker magazine, and would you like to write the article? Whether you are an experienced writer or a novice - do please get in touch.

Appropriate subjects are those relevant to handspinners and people working with handspun yarns - including (but not limited to) spinning technique and practice, dyeing of fibres and yarns, projects to make from handspun yarn, about spinning wheels and other useful tools and equipment, events for spinners, the sources of fibre for spinning, fibre preparation, historical articles related to spinning, dyeing and weaving.

We also welcome news of what handspinners are doing - meetings, events, contests, demonstrations etc. We publish reviews and list forthcoming events.

As we like to feel part of an international community, if you live outside Britain please don't let this put you off writing for the magazine. We especially like to know about groups and guilds in other countries, but also about what other people like to spin, and what they make with their yarns, and would be interested to know about makers of spinning wheels and other equipment.
